Web Elements I Will Work With
» HTML4.0 transitional: I have found that XHTML restricts the level of where and how images and elements can be placed on a web page. By using HTML4.0 transitional, the page with meet with W3C standards and the presence will be more exact to your preferences.
» Cascading Style Sheets: With the use of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), manipulation of images, text, and elements will be more precise.
» JavaScript: I do not create my own javascript but I have access to web sites that provide the ones that are commonly used. I find them extremely helpful for interactive features on a web page.
» CGI Script: I do not create my own CGI script but I have access to web sites that provide CGI services that are also helpful for interactive features.

Web Elements I Am NOT Working With
» Other HTML Documents: At the present time, I am not working with XHTML, PHP, ASP, or HTACCESS. I hope to be participating in classes studying these in the future.
» Flash: Often flash elements take so much time to load on to the web page that the webmaster will put in a loading bar for the visitor to look at and usually a person can't tell whether flash is being used or not once the page is fully visible. I feel that flash isn't necessary.

If you would like to learn more about these aspects, please visit W3Schools or HTML Goodies.
